• removed absolute references to pages, this broke ability to handle http://amazongis.org requests.
• added xml log with addition of agisXML_log.js and bottom_xmllog.gif, changes to aimsXML.js.
• Set map background to bluish in ArcIMSparam.js.
• Set ledgend background to the template background color in two places in aimsLegend.js.
• Changed loading image file names and layer centering in MapFrame.htm
• Changed layer/legend button alignment in toolbar.htm using custom_images/tools/right_spacer.gif
• Changed all hrefs and srcs to local file refs.
• Renamed leftbar_top.html to top_mapviewer.html
• Added home and choose map mouseovers to top.html and leftbar_top.html
• Created new loading images, and updated side and position in MapFrame.htm.
