• removed absolute references to pages, this broke ability to handle http://amazongis.org requests.

• corrected inability to work with http://amazongis.org in ArcIMSparam.js
• added getWebParam functionality in ArcIMSparam.js and changed it so ServiceName uses it.
• realized that there is alread webParam functionality called cmdString, but left webParam at the beginging of ArcIMSparam.js because it is needed before cmdString is available.
